What Causes Bruises In Foot?

I fell last saturday down 3 steps hit head have staple in it, hurt left leg had tkr almost 5 yrs ago had xray done no damage done to replacement but I have alot of pain down my skin sharp pains running and bottom of foot bruised what could cause that pain?

Your symptoms are suggestive of a pinched nerve. I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam, an X ray study and nerve conduction studies.
