What Causes Bruising And Pain In The Hand When Held Something Tightly?

sometimes after gripping something tightly i feel pain in my hand and a darkened area (bruise) appears. It surprises me as the force/ trauma associated with this injury doesn't seem to be that much. Similiar actions would not cause this response 5 years ago.

This can be due to poor skin and vessels. It can happen due to vitamin c deffieciency. I would suggest you to show to a physician and get your blood investigation. I hope you will be better once you will start taking this vitamin.
