What Causes Bruising Of Skin On Leg,wrist And Breast?

Having problems with bruising I guess from thin skin it is on both sides of my bottom legs closer towards ankles get bruising bright red blood like near my breast area and also near my upper wrist have had this long while on and off but becoming more frequent and annoying .I am a very healthy 60 yr old non smoker very active I run ,work out regularly my head and body tells me I m 45 hope your getting the picture I m seriously embarrassed by my horrible looking skin .Yes very vain and in tiptop shape when I leave my home for work play or whatever Please tell my what to do . I go for my regular routine check ups they just brush me off something out there has to help or at least minimize this situation
