What Causes Bruising On Inside Cheek Of Buttock?

i have a x6 in a line pink/purple circles which look like bruising on the inside cheek of my left buttock,they do not itch but look like burn marks???any idea what it may be.thanks

i am 40 years old medically fit and well only allergy is penicillin(acute allergy)

Hi thanks for using Healthcaremagic...
The purple line could be due to some gum inflammation .
please show to dentist and make sure that ther are no active infection going on...
Also look for any sharp tooth which causes constant irritation on the cheek..
saline mouth wash two or three tes can help the problem..
twice daily brushing has to be done ..
