General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

We have to rule out possible causes like bleeding disorders. Collagen vascular disease and SLE are other possibilities.

Include more citrus fruits in the diet because vitaminC is effective to prevent easy bruising. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
