What Causes Bubble On Mid-shin While Standing?

When I stand with my full weight on my right leg, a bubble appears on the outside if my mid-shin. There isn t anything hard underneath, perhaps almost fluid like. I can press on it with my finger, and it appears like maybe there is an indentation that makes it possible for me to push and feel the rest of my muscle around it, creating a hole. No pain really, maybe just a phantom pain when I look at it because I think my brain is telling me it should hurt. Not sure if I should be worried or not. Any idea?
