What Causes Bubbles In Stomach Along With Severe Pain?

What does it mean when your stomach feels like it s boiling? I can see massive bubbles moving and excruciating pain in my abdomen that makes me nauseas and want to faint. Feels like a knife in my abdomen. Also have alot of mucus in my stool. This has been going on for a few years now and is only getting worse.

Hi,
This all symptoms could be due to dyspepsia, constipation, gastroenteritis,IBS or inflammatory bowel disease, parasitic infestation(giardiasis) etc.
You should undergo certain blood investigations with urine and stool examination for R/M and ova or ultrasound of abdomen or upper GI scopy if required.
Treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause but symptomatic treatment can be given.
You may require antibiotics (quinolones, antiprotozoals or amoxycillin derivatives)and anti helminthic (albendazole) with proton pump inhibitors and prebiotics and probiotics.
You must consult your gastroenterologist for detailed medical history and thoroughly clinical examination and get it diagnosed first.
Thanks.
