What Causes Bulging Vein In The Wrist With Diarrhea And Blood In Stool?

About a week ago I rubbed my wrist and looked down and noticed a bulging vein. It continued to feel irritated and by the next day a bruise appeared that was about the size of 2 half dollar coins. The next day the same thing happened with my other wrist. That wasn't as bad and the bruise the following day was notably smaller. Then yesterday I had a bout of diarrhea and noticed today a string of blood in my stool. It was probably maroon in color. Both of these things are out of the ordinary for me. I have no medical issues to speak of and am relatively healthy. Are these things related in anyway and of any concern?

I really appreciate your concern, the condition could be due to allergic disorders or it could be insect bite, clinical examination will clear the picture another condition of diarrhea is not due to this but it could be infection or dyspepsia in either of this condition just wait for some time and it will be fine soon because it could be self limiting condition hope this information helps.
