Hello Doctor, My wife has a miscarriage and we did the abortion, but it s not successful. few product remain. we consult the doctor and they ask me to do the cleaning again. we went to good hospital they did hysterectomy. and after removal of product. i see the find say. uterus bulky and anteverted. Please advice.

You were having history of incomplete abortion. For that dilatation and evacuation can be done. There is no need for hysterectomy in that case. Kindly attach your reports and management file to guide you further.
