What Causes Bulky Ovaries With Increased Stromal Echogenecity And Persistent Bleeding For Over 70 Days?
Hi, I am 25 years of age. i am unmarried girl and am on my periods from 27th april 2017. today 77th day of continuous bleeding. my ultrsound report says my right ovary measure : 31*30*24mm, vol : 12.1cc left ovary measure : 28*26*23mm, vol : 9.1cc both ovaries are bulky in size and show multiple small follicles arranged peripherally with increased stromal echogenecity. in my blood test report says RBC Count 4.86(high), MCH 26.7(low), RDW-CV 15.4(high), Lymphocytes 17.5(low) and in thyroid test report (T3- 89.36), (T4- 5.60) and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone - 1.11 Please tell me what is the actual matter?
you have got the pcod in bilateral overies..that means in your ovaries there r cysts...like water bubbles which is most common problem in day to day life in most of the females that is due to hormonal imbalance in body that is oestrogen and progesterone hormonal imbalance which causes obstruction to the release of ovum every month in periods which leads to irregular menstrual cycles.for which you have to take hormonal therapy...and fort of all you have to change your lifestyle modification..that means regular exercise..avoid stres good good habits
