What Causes Bump Above Temple Which Doesn't Hurt?

My son will be 7 in December and I was just wondering about a bump he has above his right temple. It doesn't hurt him and it hasn't changed size and it's been there since I can remember. I was just wondering if that's something I should worry about.

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.history looks like dermaoid cyst as its on temporal region.IF it is symptomless,no problem but if you are cautious on cosmetic point of view show it to a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.good luck.
