What Causes Bump Near The Anus?

I'm a 16 year old girla nd today when getting ready to take a bath I realized that i have a pea suzed bump near my anus. It hurts when I touch it and it feels like there is a pea under my skin and its hard at the touch. I'm really worried about what it could be.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* Different clinical conditions give rise to this type of condition as
- anal wart - organised collection following bacterial infection - external
prolapsed hemorrhoid - others
* You need to get physical examination by a consultant surgeon or can
upload a high resolution photograph of the lesion if can be seen
externally ( & if no objection ) for getting the in depth precise judgement
regarding the issue & management guidelines accordingly .
Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for any further assistance .
