What Causes Bump Where Leg And Pelvic Bone Meet?

I felt a little bump on my 17 month old when I was changing his diaper, it is located where his leg and pelvic bone meets. I think it may be a swolen lymph node but it has been there for about a month and it feels larger and I can now see it without having to touch it. He seems to be in good health and has not been ill. Please let me know what I should do.

Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
From your description it looks like swollen lymph node.
Usually it is because of any wound or infection in the corresponding leg.
Do send some pictures if possible
If it keeps increasing in size it is better to get your child examined.
Regards
Dr Arun
