What Causes Burned Skin After Bowel Movement?

I have experienced 3 different falls all starting with a shooting pain in my lower back/buttocks area, now covered in bruises I have had 2 MRI,s (Lower Back and rt Hip) X-ray of hip and rt knee. I have experienced loss of urine and bowel and have been referred to a GI doctor? I am a RN and have a STRONG family hx of colon cancer. Last colonoscopy was in march of 2013 and did have pulps pre-cancerous. I now have several open areas where stool has burned my skin since I don t realize I have had a bowel movement. Should I be scared????

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I have red your history and I could say that it could be the fibromyalgia it is kind of functional kind of disease related with neuron system, beside the medicine if you go on tolerating the pain for little longer time then the systems would improved later or sooner second you can try Gabapentin too, else it is nothing to worry, try some exercise also, it is nothing to scare hope this information helps.
