What Causes Burning And Frequent Urination With Cloudy Urine?

.When my husband pees, he said it's coming out thick and gooey, feels like he has to pee constantly, but very little is coming out, and it burns... Is this just a bladder infection, or should we be worried?? He is 30 years old, about 180 lbs, and probably 5'6"!! Thank you!!

* Manageable with certain measures as
- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water , organic citrus
fruits , vitamin c supplements .
