What Causes Burning And Painful Ejaculation?
I am 66 yrs. old, diabetic (2) for 20 yrs., under control currently. I ve been having what I think is sciatica (left leg) pain near my testicle too and now when I have intercourse with my wife( infrequently I might add ) I have a burning and painful ejaculation, to the point it frightens me. My kidneys are fine, per recent urine test.

it could be due to infection of prostate which is not uncommon. Please get sonography and prostate massage fluid tested in Lab. It can easily be treated by appropriate antibiotics.
