Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is important performing some tests to investigate for the possible causes underlying your complaints:

- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- uric acid plasma levels
- HbA1C for diabetes
- nerve conduction studies.

If all the above tests result normal, I would recommend considering fibromyalgia as a possible cause underlying your complaints.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
