What Causes Burning In Penis Tip During Urination And Dark Urine?

im 40 yes old, 6'3, 245lbs. No health issue's. I recently have had a moderate burning at the tip of my penis when urinating. It seems to be worse in the morning than throughout the day. When it first started, my urine was extremely dark. I also feel a slight urge to go or pressure. There was no build up, I just woke up a few mornings ago and it started.

The dark urine with burning in penis is suggestive of urine infection.
Primary guidelines at present
- drink more liquids as possible
- get fasting blood sugar and urine microscopy done at the laboratory
- tablet Paracetamol for immediate relief

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to symptom mentored stone in urinary tract, urinary tract infection, cystitis, urethritis, prostate problem, etc., can be the possibility. For primary work up urine routine microscopic examination and USG scan should be done. From these two report mostly cause will be clear. You need to take an antibiotic course and have more fluid. Consult urologist for examination.
