What Causes Burning In Right Side Of Body With Loose Stools?

I am having discomfort/burning in my right side, radiating to my back, loose stools with every BM numerous times a day. Sometimes a pain lower in my groin area. BMs sometimes look like undigested food. I have not been on an antibiotic to be concerned about C-diff. No nausea/vomiting. No blood. No temp or wt loss.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms may not be due to any infection but it seems to be due to colic and it could be renal colic, biliary colic another possibilities is it may be due to hyperacidity, as long as the colic are concern once it is being diagnosed for underlying cause it can be successfully managed with medicines, but right now the symptoms can be managed with PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) and the best molecules is Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, try to avoid the spicy food, oily food, coffee, alcohol, smoking, prior to bed, it may not be C.Diff. hope this information helps.
