What Causes Burning In Stomach?

My girlfriend
Hello my 15 year old girlfriend is,not feeling well. I want to help her but I don't know what to do or what she might have. She says her stomach is burning and she is so cold she is shivering even with a jacket on thats pretty thick. I have no idea what to tell her to do.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to viral infection some time it could be transient one and may not need any treatment, looking to her age it could be due to hormone changes and no treatment is needed for this too hope this information helps.
