What Causes Burning In The Vagina While Urinating With Lower Back Pain?

Hello! Sorry to bother.. I m a 24yrold female. When I go to make any pushing to urinate and to make a bowl movement, I feel my inside of my vagina is super sore causing me wanting to stop from doing this. :( Now, its escalated to a UTI I believe. I have lower back pain and I feel burning in the groin area even when I do not urinate. Please help! Thanks, KELLY

Two possibilities one is UTI. -- go for urine routine examination, drink plenty of water, drink cranberry juice.
Second is -- small tear as result of friction, during sexual activity. More likely to heal on its own.
