What Causes Burning Pain In Lower Abdomen And Groin?

I have burning pain on my waist(lower left side) and sometines my groin. the pain used to be on both sides but now I only felt it on my left side. I have done MRI test, blood test for Kidney, prostate etc and they all come out nagative. I have no problem urinating.
