What Causes Burning/pain In Lower Abdomen While Urinating With Normal Urine Culture?

Hi, my four year old son started complaining a few days ago that it stings when he pees and his lower abdomen hurts. We took him to his doctor and the urin culture came back normal, no infection. He still complains about it burning when he pees. Not sure what to do for him.

He is having minor acid reaction .
Tell him to eat less sweets
Make him drink lots of lime juice and citrus juices.
It would clear off the acid in the urine.
