What Causes Burning Sensation After Passing A Bowel Movement?

I dont have pain during a bowel movement but afterward I have a lingering burning sensation and start to develop a feeling that I passed dozens of "toothpicks". It last for several hours. I dont have any blood in stool. Im thinking perhaps hemmorhoids or IBS.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is not the condition of hemorrhoid or IBS but it could be inflammatory condition of rectum in another word it could be proctitis I would suggest to avoid spicy food and Procresuline ointment can be tried with local anesthetic agent like lignocaine hope this information helps.
