Hello,

There can be multiple reasons for burning sensation with blood in urine the most common of which are urinary tract infection and calculus in the urinary system.

Though primary care with plenty of liquids is a must to follow, I would recommend a visit to your family doctor for needed urine microscopy report, antibiotics and other supportive care to control the issue at its best.

If you are sexually active, it is advisable to avoid the same until recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
