What Causes Burning Sensation And Itchiness In The Rectum While Passing Stool?

hello , I have a burning pain & itching before & after stool passage . I have checked with doctor ,he has done the anal examination but found nothing abnormal . I am going through pain for 7-8 years on off cycle. Daily I am taking Isabgol but not getting any Relief.I am 36 Years Male working in design. Please suggest what may cause & treatment . in my opinion itching and burning sensation in and around anus can due to a number of reasons like your taking spicy foods or taking of less amount of water ,I would suggest you to continue taking isabgol,and avoid using spicy food and take ample amount of water, this would certainly improve your symptoms
