What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain While Urinating?

i had UTI, was sensitive to many drugs, had to take amikacin 750 mg for 7 days...infection went away..but problem of buring and pain persisted..finally prostritis was diagnosed because even semen stopped coming out... have been having Feropenem 200 mg tds now for 4 weeks...feeling better..semen flow is normal, much less burn and pain..but some red patches have appeared under the skin on penis head.. is this due to masturbation or some other problem... should i go to a Urolgist..or could you tell me whats wrong and suggest a cure

prostatitis or infection in the prostate gland is very notorious. It may takes weeks to wash out. An ultrasound should be performed to rule out any other associated abnormalities. Prostatic massage may also be helpful. Consultation with a urologist may be a must.
