What Causes Burning Sensation And Pink Discharge During Urination?

Im 17, 120 lbs, 5'4. I have recently just started have irritations when i pee, but starting to day it burns when i pee. Even after im done i still have a irritating sensations that i have to pee. When i wipe it has pink discharge in it, and just a second ago has a little spec of blood. What could this mean?
