What Causes Burning Sensation And Restricted Movement In The Shoulder?

I had a sudden pop and burning sensation in my right shoulder - full range of motion, but pain with movement. pain on inspiration, cough, sneeze that radiates from chest to shoulder. numbness from shoulder to elbow, slight swelling hand / wrist and slight swollen chest wall. Had chest x-ray - no fracture, EKG normal. Should I proceed to an orthopedic doctor, ER gave no advice or medication
