Madam, don't worry, it's not a big issue. From your narration I can say either you or both of you suffering from urinary and/or urogenital tract infection. This pain and burning sensation have nothing to do with pregnancy. Is there white or any foul smelling discharge from your vagina, please consult gynecologist and take treatment. Both of you should make test of urine routine and micro and take treatment for the urinary tract infection.
Second issue is pregnancy. It depends on which day of your menses you had sex.Just bring Urine Pregnancy Test kit and make yourself confirm about doubt. If you do not want to be pregnant, use condoms or other contraception.
