What Causes Burning Sensation Behind The Neck And Ears?

I have been having frequent attacks, I start feeling heat comin up the back of my neck, goes to my ears then my face, chest, arms, then knees, legs and last feet. I turn very red and blotchy. After It goes away I feel shaky and a little sick to my stomach.
