Hello there
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
The problem could be hemorrhoids or anal fissure.A digital rectal exam is needed to diagnose the problem.A surgeon consult is required.Take stool softener like cremaffin syrup at night and try applying thin layer of xylocaine gel in the anorectal mucosa to get relief from pain in mean time.Hope this helps.Take care.
