Dear- I read your question in detail. You are having symptoms of urinary tract infection, mostly due to burning and blood in the toilet paper. Your urinary frequency and the pelvic pain (sharp pain in your ovaries) , are most likely secondary to the bladder infection too, so it is advisable to see your doctor and get a sample of your urine for U/A and culture with sensitivity. The uri-kleer tablets can help some of the symptoms but the final treatment is antibiotics. Thanks for using our service,I hope that my advise has been helpful Dr.JC
