What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination And Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi Doctor, i have a problem will flow of urine, it is not fast as it used to be and apart from that there is burning sensation especially while passing last drops of urine, after passing the urine the burning sensation remains for few minutes, i am living with this problem since last few months. Now i have developed another problem, i don't get proper erection as well. i get the erection but it is not proper. Please advise

As per my surgical experience, the issue seems to be related to urinary infection with possible prostatitis.

I would recommend to undertake a urine microscopy with ultrasound examination of pelvis for further management guidelines.
