What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination And Red Rash On Penis Tip?

For the past month or so i ve been experiencing slightly burning urination. It s not every time but it s noticeable when it does occur (nothing intollerable though). I also have experienced a small red ring around the very tip of my penis. It might be scabbing but its too small to recognize. It s deffinentely red though. I am curcumsized and have been sexually active in the past six months
