What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination Post UTI Treatment?

3year old female with dysuria, diarrhea, anorexia, fever (101.0) and general malaise... she was diagnosed with a uti on the 21st of July, completed 10 days of antibiotics (July 30th) and today is now febrile once again at 101.0, spicy pee (as she describes it), and burning diarrhea. Has not eaten spicy foods, and is a vegan :) Any thoughts?

The burning sensation post-UTI treatment indicates possible
- Residual urinary infection
- Recurrence of infection
- Underlying cystitis or else. Burning diarrhea is a side effect of the antibiotic given to cure UTI.
