What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

hi, my name is angel. i am 18 years old, and recently married. but lately since my marriage in february, i have been expiriencing very bad burning in my vaginal. it hurts to urinate a lot, and it just burns a lot in general. do i have an infection? should i be seen right away?
