What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

I am 45 years of age. I was detected to have Phymosis when went to the doctor for a check up. Doctor suggested for circumcision. I had undergone circumcision about a week back. When I pass urine, it is giving me a burning sensation. Do I need to consult a doctor?
