im a 36 year old male. for the past few months whenever I unrinate, i have a buring feeling. My shaft is always itchy, there is a single white bump and my hands are tingling and swollen. i had unprotected sex prior to this all happening. before that i had non of these signs

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you will post the photo than consulting will be easy. According to history mentioned it can be sexually transmitted diseases. Genital wart, fungal infection, and syphilis has to be ruled out by physical examination and needed investigation according to examination. Urine routine microscopic examination is also suggested. According to cause specific treatment should be given. Keep hydrated with lots of water. Consult urologist for examination.
