What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

Hi my name is faizan i'm 16 yrs old.i'm suffering from burning sensation during urination and some times some liquid is ejeculate during urination and sometimes i feel Wet inside the underwear.please suggest some medicine to me to prevent this diseas,please help me i'm getting so weak

infection .
* Wet inside underwear is not a disease , it is pre ejaculatory fluid which is
