General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* This depicts cystitis with urinary infection . cause of burning is irritation of
bladder & urethral mucosa along with nerve ending sensing pain with
altered pH mechanics
* Suggested guidelines for you to get better recovery early
- drink plenty of liquids
- keep genitals clean & dry
- cranberry sachets / syrup with citrus fruits help tremendously
- analgesic tablets 3 times a day after meals
- in our clinic we recommend Lab evaluations as complete blood counts ,
serum creatinine & urine analysis & according to the data you will need
systemic molecules ( antibiotics , anti inflammatory agents ) to combat
the infection faster
- avoid smoking / alcohol
Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for any further assistance .
