What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

Hi ...i m 22 yrs old female....i often have burning urination 2 to 3 days after sex ( not immediately after )....with thick curdy discharge from vagina....last time it happened, i took fluconazol as told by doctor but it keeps repeating...specially burning...pls help...
