What Causes Burning Sensation In Anal Area?

Hi I have a pain in my left buttock which radiates into my anal area. I cannot sit for any length of time, if I do, and often have to, I get a burning sensation in my anal area. I have tried physio but it just makes it worse, I can point to the spot on my buttock where the problem starts which is roughly in the middle of my buttock, but when I have the physio on that area, soon afterwards I get the buring sensation even more in the anal area. I recall pulling a muscle in that area about 2 years ago and have suffered since, I also have some tenderness running along the tail bone which seems to be connected to the problem

I really appreciate for your concern and looking to the history given here I would to say that anal burning sensation is always associates with hyperacidity and eating some spy food, and this can be managed with Antacid and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and this would come around soon take care and have a nice day.
