Hello,

Burning sensation and pain in the joint may be due to arthritis or spondylosis with nerve compression or muscle spasm. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet pregabalin 75 mg once a day for five days. If necessary take calcium also orally. If no improvement please consult with your orthopedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
