General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of burning sensation at the anal verge after defecation, there is burning of the pals and soles too, pain in the legs, stool is normal and your are 50 years old. There is no history of diabetes or hypertension.
Doctor prescribed Rabifast and Bevon.
I would advise you the following:
Since you have burning sensation of the anal verge after defecation, the most probable causes are anal fissure or dermatitis of the peri-anal skin due to infection or so.
I would advise you to take a consultation of a General Surgeon so that a proper clinical evaluation, per-rectal examination, ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy can help you out to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
This may be a 5 day course of an antibiotic and metronidazole and as per the findings of all the reports.
Your Other problems of burning palms and sole and pan in the legs may not be related to anal burning. This is sort of neuropathy or can be due to specific reasons like diabetes, which you should get a re-check and see.
An opinion of an Neurologist may help you the most.
