Hello,

Your stomach pain is aggravated by eating food. This is suggestive toward gastric ulcer condition. For that Rabeprazole can be prescribed. Avoid excess spicy foods. Avoid excess tea, coffee, smoking, stress, etc. Drink warm water. Green leafy vegetables and fruits are useful.

If no improvement than empirical antibiotic course can be started and if needed USG scan done. Consult physician or gastroenterologist for examination and further discussion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
