General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Once the UTI is being treated, you must have been given an antibiotic; this can change the intestinal bacterial flora to the extent that can cause peri-anal excoriation or have intestinal infection causing the peri-anal irritation and burning.
Another causes can be local dermatitis due to sweat accumulation, over-cleaning, long sitting hours or working in a hot and humid atmosphere.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Get an examination done by your Doctor, preferably a General surgeon to get a proper diagnosis to help the proper plan of management.
You may need an additional course of an antibiotic if there is an evidence of intestinal infection as seen by stool test.
Local cleaning with plain water to wash of the dead skin debris, sweat concretions helps a lot.
Keep the area dry.
Take Vitamins A and D if there is Dermatitis and also take multivitamins.
