What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis During Urination?

Whenever I pull back my foreskin, the frenulum starts burning and it also burns during peeing. The frenulum looks normal and dosent look red. Also my foreskin is pretty tight and dosent come behind the glans while erection. And when i pull back the foreskin, the penis head bends down. I masturbate 3-4 times daily and last time had sex 3 years ago. is it due to the frenulum expanding in size?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my surgical experience, the condition is due to tight frenulum with extra foreskin giving all agony of symptoms. There is no issue of frenulum expansion, but you requires circumcision after clinical confirmation with a consultant surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
