What Causes Burning Sensation In Vagina After Having Sex?

My Wife and I had sex for the first time. After some trials we felt something broke in her vagina, and she felt extreme pain, but no blood came out. She complained of some pains though. Next night we again tried sex, but this time she compained of a feeling of some burns around her Vagina. I am little worried about this. Can you please tell us the reason and remedies.

Hello,

Thank you for writing to us,

Pain/burning is a part of Sex you dont have to be so worry about it.

Burning sensations may might be there if amount of pre cum from vagina is less and due to that penis cant enter in vagina easily and due to that it might possible that you had burning sensation issue.

I would suggest to go for foreplay and Oral sex first before you go for intercourse because it will help for pre cum and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.

You may also use lubricant if it happens each time you had sex so that penis could enter easily. Or you should use different positions in which penis enters easily.

Still you are facing the same issue than i would like to suggest to concern a good doctor and check for issue they will suggest you better.

Hope you will find it helpful.

Thanks & Regards,
Dr. Gaurav Prajapati
