What Causes Burning Sensation On Anus Post Defecation?

Hi I am wondering if something is wrong with me, almost everytime when I m done taking a poop, my anus burns and I have to wipe again like 30 minutes after as some seems to seep out. Is this normal or should I be worried that it could be something serious, thank you
